Project Manager/Residential Architect

TAMPA OFFICE

FG+M has a current opening for a Project Manager to work with our senior partner in the design and production of high-end custom homes. Applicants must have 5 years of residential design experience. The Project Manager will produce construction documents in Revit Architecture consistent with design intent, ensure project schedules are met, and oversee construction administration.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborate with our Residential Studio architects and interior designers
  • Perform site visits and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Lead project schematics and construction documents

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
  • Strong knowledge of Revit
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite
  • Knowledge of building codes and detailing

Graduate Interior Designer

TAMPA OFFICE

FG+M is looking for a Graduate Interior Designer to work with our Interior Design Studio. Candidate must be good at multi-tasking, organized, energetic, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must demonstrate an ability to perform a variety of interior design project assignments, including program development, space planning, construction documents, finishes and furniture specification, and development of renderings, under the general supervision of a senior interior designer.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborate with and support the interior designers and architects in multiple offices
  • Ability to research, select, and specify finishes/materials/furniture
  • Perform site visits and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce graphic renderings to affectively convey design intent
  • Maintain library, order samples, create material boards, and compile specifications
  • Assist with project programming, schematics, finishes and construction documents
  • Ability to commute to local job sites and meetings
  • Attend local interior design networking events
  • Support firm’s community engagement/ volunteer initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited university
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit
  • Knowledge of Enscape a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite

Project Manager/Registered Architect

Location: Tampa, FL / Sarasota,FL / Pasco County, FL / Pinellas County, FL

FG+M has a current opening for a Project Manager / Registered Architect specializing in Public and K-12 projects. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the production of construction documents is consistent with design intent and overseeing construction administration. The ideal candidate should have the skills to contribute in a collaborative team atmosphere and the initiative to grow within the firm.

 

Position Requirements:

·   Collaborate in a fast-paced environment

·   Collaborate with senior leadership

·   Manage, organize, and coordinate project teams

·   Lead project programming, schematics, and construction documents

·   Build strong relationships with clients

·   Responsible for project schedules and budgets

·   Perform site visits and documentation

·   Lead Construction Administration, including shop drawings review, respond to RFIs, project closeout

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·   Knowledge in K-12 projects

·   Knowledge of Building Codes, SREF, and Life Safety Codes

·   Ten years of professional experience in public and K-12 projects

·   Licensed Architect in Florida

·   Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture
