Marcel is a partner of FleischmanGarciaMaslowski. Originally from Martinique FWI, Marcel graduated from USF in 2012 and is an adjunct professor at St. Petersburg College Building Arts program.

He has designed several of FGM’s prominent projects including the historical Tampa Heights Elementary School, the Starkey Ranch Theatre, Library and Cultural Center, and the New Tampa Performing Arts Center.

When he is not working or teaching, Marcel likes to play tennis and golf, go to museums, and spend time with his beautiful wife and son.
