FG+M CULTURE
At Fleischman Garcia Maslowski Architecture, we founded our company on these core values: Community, Integrity, Inclusion, Placemaking, and Sustainability. We believe that design has the power to shape more than structures – it can shape lives, connect people, and inspire a sense of belonging. Innovation drives us to explore new ideas and approaches, blending creative vision with sustainable practices to build a better future. We are dedicated to placemaking that enhances quality of life and fosters connections, crafting places that are functional, beautiful, and meaningful.
DESIGN APPROACH
PLACEMAKING
FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) is sensitive to the nuances of place and precedent. Every intervention inevitably modifies a pre-existing context. Our projects are deeply grounded in the physical and cultural context by the combined interaction of nature, climate, culture, and craft. They are integral parts of the fabric of the context while seeking to improve it. Fragments reconfigured place-defining elements to define a new holistic place.
