The ideal candidate will manage, organize, and coordinate project teams, ensure construction documents are produced consistently with design intent, manage project schedules and budgets, and oversee construction administration. The candidate should have the skills to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and the initiative to grow within the firm. Required skills include strong design skills in Revit Architecture and knowledge of building codes and standards.

Marketing Coordinator Assistant
LOCATION
Tampa, FL
FG+M Architecture seeks an assistant marketing coordinator to support the firm’s marketing efforts. This position provides an opportunity for a junior candidate to develop the requisite skills and experience for a career in marketing in an award-winning architecture, interior design, and master planning firm. This person shall coordinate various marketing activities and report to the Director of Marketing and Executive Leadership. Full-time, in-person position with the potential for remote work one day per week upon completion of training. This position may be filled in the Tampa, Sarasota, or Pasco office.
Position Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong grammar, spelling, composition, and proofreading abilities.
Capacity to solve problems independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and multi-task to meet concurrent deadlines.

Position Responsibilities:
- Targeted Project Marketing
– Research procurement services and websites for potential project leads. Organize for review with the Marketing Director
– Assist in coordinating and producing qualification packages, cost proposals, presentations, boards, leave-behinds, and other marketing collateral for targeted client development efforts and building brand awareness - Social Media and Website Maintenance (with Marketing Director oversight)
– Aid in managing all social media platforms. Develop a content calendar for regular posting to boost exposure
– Aid in updating website project information, personnel, and news features - Public Relations and Community Outreach
– Aid in marketing-related products and services (e.g., photographers, consultants, publishers)
– Aid in scheduling and organizing company events, volunteer efforts, and fundraisers - Awards, Publications, and Press Releases

FG+M is seeking a Graduate Interior Designer to work with our Interior Design Studio. Candidate must be good at multi-tasking, organized, energetic, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must demonstrate an ability to perform a variety of interior design project assignments, including program development, space planning, construction documents, finishes and furniture specification, and development of renderings, under the general supervision of a senior interior designer. Will manage, organize, and coordinate project teams and team assignments, ensure that the production of construction documents is consistent with design intent, and be responsible for project schedules and budgets.
Position Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaborate with and support the interior designers and architects in multiple offices
- Ability to research, select, and specify finishes/materials/furniture
- Perform site visits and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce graphic renderings to convey design intent effectively
- Maintain library, order samples, create material boards, and compile specifications
- Assist with project programming, schematics, finishes, and construction documents
- Ability to commute to local job sites and meetings
- Attend local interior design networking events
