Registered Architect / Project Manager
LOCATION

FG+M is currently seeking an exceptional Registered Architect/Project Manager specializing in healthcare, commercial, and K-12 projects. This person will manage, organize, and coordinate project teams, ensure that the production of construction documents is consistent with the design intent, manage project schedules and budgets, and oversee construction administration. The ideal candidate should have the skills to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and the initiative to grow within the firm.
Position Requirements:
Possess strong design skills in Revit Architecture
Knowledge of building codes and standards.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management
Strong presentation skills
- 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial architecture
- Licensed Architect registered in Florida
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project Management Software or equal
- Proficiency in Enscape or other rendering software a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Candidates must reside in Sarasota, FL, or within driving distance of the office. This is not a remote position

Graduate Interior Designer
LOCATION
Tampa, FL
FG+M is seeking a Graduate Interior Designer to work with our Interior Design Studio. Candidate must be good at multi-tasking, organized, energetic, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must demonstrate an ability to perform a variety of interior design project assignments, including program development, space planning, construction documents, finishes and furniture specification, and development of renderings, under the general supervision of a senior interior designer. Will manage, organize, and coordinate project teams and team assignments, ensure that the production of construction documents is consistent with design intent, and be responsible for project schedules and budgets.
Position Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaborate with and support the interior designers and architects in multiple offices
- Ability to research, select, and specify finishes/materials/furniture
- Perform site visits and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce graphic renderings to convey design intent effectively
- Maintain library, order samples, create material boards, and compile specifications
- Assist with project programming, schematics, finishes, and construction documents
- Ability to commute to local job sites and meetings
- Attend local interior design networking events
- Support the firm’s community engagement/ volunteer initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited university
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Knowledge of Enscape a plus

The Project Manager will be responsible for producing construction documents in Revit Architecture that are consistent with design intent, ensuring project schedules are met, and overseeing construction administration.
