Among the features of the 9,779 sq. ft. facility are a 2,934 sq. ft. fitness center overlooking the golf course and pool, locker rooms, massage room, lobby/tennis shop, children's playroom and a fully equipped snack bar.

A full competition pool, including a handicap accessibility ramp, pool deck and tiki-bar to service the Belleair Country Club members complements the fitness center.
