David is an Associate of FleischmanGarciaMaslowski. With over three decades of experience, David offers a wide range of invaluable knowledge, skill and ability in architecture, engineering and construction.

Over his 20 years with FleischmanGarciaMaslowski, he has led planning and design efforts on numerous facilities. His specializations include municipal facilities, fire stations, police facilities, transportation facilities, educational facilities, historic preservation, military facilities and ADA surveys.

David received a Bachelor of Architecture from the Valdosta Technical Institute in Architecture.
