FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) has designed the 'Learning Stairs' as a focal point of the Pasco-Hernando State College STEM Center for Student Success and Community Engagement. The 'Learning Stairs' is a social gathering place for students to study, socialize, and connect with the rest of the campus and the community. It is the vertical node between the STEM classrooms, study lounge spaces, student services suites, café, and a 250-seat flexible auditorium.

This modern two-story, 27,000 sq. ft. center will also serve as a unique venue for student events, college receptions, and community gatherings. The goal is to open in 2025.
