Falkenburg Road Water Facility

This project consists of two buildings:

A two story 34,847 sq. ft. administration building that includes both walk-up and drive-thru customer service areas, office space, and a large conference room.

A 46,200 sq. ft. warehouse building including two pump repair shops, an electrical shop, and a carpentry shop as well as parts storage areas and administrative support offices. The design includes an overhead crane connecting exterior service areas and interior shops. The warehouse utilizes a pre-engineered steel structure with masonry walls at the lower levels. Both buildings are designed for 130 mph wind speeds.
