Fire Rescue Station No. 7 is a new 9,303 sq. ft., three-bay station with living quarters for 10 shift personnel and a battalion chief’s office. The facility features a standing seam metal roof and a brick wainscot on the entire perimeter of the building exterior. Durable, low maintenance finishes were specified for the interior of the station including porcelain floor tiles and synthetic quartz counter tops. Due to the location of this facility, on a busy four-lane highway, an optically controlled traffic preemption signal is included to allow safe departure.
