METI, the world’s leading supplier of human patient simulators and related education software and training, started its operations in Sarasota County in 1996. The building is a two-story, 76,000 sq. ft., free-standing office center and manufacturing facility.

The facility is designed to handle METI's warehousing, production, shipping, customer service, R&D and office needs. It is divided nearly in half with 36,000 sq. ft. for office space and the remaining 40,000 sq. ft. for warehouse and production.
