Pasco County Fire Rescue’s Station No. 30 is highly energy efficient, hurricane-resistant, and environmentally sustainable. Its 8,368 sq. ft. of space includes three bays and living and operations areas for nine shift personnel. It features a standing seam aluminum roof and full brick exterior walls. Extremely low maintenance finishes are used throughout the station, including porcelain floor tile and synthetic quartz counter tops. The building is situated on environmentally sensitive land that required wetland mitigation.
