Pasco County IT Data Center

Fleischman Garcia Maslowski designed his 57,000 sq. ft. facility to accommodate the staff, equipment, infrastructure and related systems operated by the Information Technology Department of Pasco County Government. In the event of a major storm, this facility is able to continue daily IT operations uninterrupted while offering a safe, livable environment for staff for several days, if necessary. A fully hardened building envelope, equipped with kitchens, restrooms, lockers, showers, sleeping spaces, conference rooms and breakout spaces are also provided. An emergency back-up power and all exterior mechanical units are protected from hurricane-force winds as well.
