Pasco County Utilities Administration & Operations Facility

This two-story, 50,000 sq. ft. customer service oriented facility provides space for the administrative and various operational functions of the Pasco County Utilities Services Branch. It was designed as an environmentally friendly, low-maintenance, highly energy efficient building with extensive communication infrastructure.

This project received LEED® silver certification.
