Designed by FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture’s Sarasota office, the Centerpoint Medical Office Building is a 73,522-square-foot, three-story facility. It includes dedicated office spaces for healthcare tenants, a 13,000-square-foot surgery center, and an imaging center.
The project utilized tilt-wall construction, allowing for completion within 11 months. Centerpoint is a technologically advanced medical facility incorporating innovations typically found in major academic hospitals.
As part of Center Point at Waterside, a 50-acre mixed-use development, the building provides Class A medical office space alongside a hotel, retail outparcels, a specialty grocer, and inline retail.
