Rooms to Go Office Renovation and Expansion

FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture designed the interior renovation of 83,250 sq. ft. and an expansion of 46,000 sq. ft. of office space inside their warehouse. Our design of the 129,250 sq. ft. interior offices focused on well-being and flexible spaces to allow for greater collaboration and mobility, which meant each area had to reflect the needs of the various departments. Collaboration spaces are scattered between departments, with a central collaborative hub filled with natural light. The project includes several fitness rooms with showers and locker rooms for employees. The office spaces maximize ceiling height with bright finishes to spread natural light.
