FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture exterior elevations clearly show the design approach that defines Darwin Brewing and Restaurant. Each line and contour reflect the bold vision behind the project.

Inside, the space is efficiently divided for different experiences. The Brewery & Distillery spans 7,700 sq. ft., where craft brewing and distillation occur. The Tap Room Bar covers 2,100 sq. ft., offering guests a place to enjoy beverages, while the 900-square-foot Speak Easy Bar provides a smaller, more private setting.

The indoor dining area includes 8,200 sq. ft. for the restaurant, bar, and seating. With room for 356 guests, there’s plenty of space for dining. A 1,700 sq. ft. covered seating area is also available for those who prefer to eat outdoors.

Next to the main building, a 3,000 sq. ft. outdoor activity area offers space for entertainment and leisure. The outdoor covered seating area extends the dining experience into the surrounding environment.

For sports fans, we’ve included a 120’x90’ fenced soccer field near the parking lot, with shaded bleachers and outdoor restrooms for convenience.
