FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture has designed two new pre-engineered metal buildings on the Hanna Avenue City Center Campus. The Central Fleet and Facility Management buildings, designed with practicality in mind, are integral to this development.

The Central Fleet Building is a 30,868 sq. ft., two-story pre-engineered metal building. It is a city-wide vehicle maintenance and repairs hub, featuring a vehicle service area with 18 lifts, a body shop, a parts department, a wash bay, offices, and training rooms.

The Facility Management Building, a 24,385 sq. ft., two-story pre-engineered metal building, functions as a hub for city-wide public facility maintenance. It includes over 4,000 sq. ft. of warehouse storage space, offices, and a training room.
