FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architectures historic Macfarlane Building Restoration in West Tampa involves comprehensive assistance with ARC (Architectural Review Committee) and Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits application. This historic structure, dating back to 1905 and designed in the Italian Palazzo architectural style, is nestled within the West Tampa Historic District.

It is Hugh MacFarlane’s first structure built in West Tampa. Collaborating closely with the structural engineer, we address critical aspects such as wall sections, window details, and skylights. Our ARC application assistance encompasses various crucial steps, including facilitating the application submission for the ARC Public Hearing, engaging in pre-application review meetings, and preparing the presentation materials for committee evaluations.
