FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture and Bacon Group Architecture developed a massing strategy that reflects the merging of the two separate programs, unified at the core by the main lobby. Select views were framed with exposed structural steel, textural variations, fenestration, and passive shading.
With the standards set forth by USGBC and LEED®, nearly every element of this building was designed with sustainability in mind.
