FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture designed a customer service-oriented facility spanning 50,000 sq. ft. and encompassing two stories. The facility accommodates the administrative and various operational functions of the Pasco County Utilities Services Branch. The architectural approach prioritized environmental friendliness, low-maintenance features, and high energy efficiency, complemented by an extensive communication infrastructure.
The project achieved LEED® silver certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly design principles.
