FleischmanGarciaMaslowski Architecture (FG+M) is committed to cutting-edge educational design with the STEM Center for Student Success at PHSC East Campus. This center is poised to become a seamless, one-stop destination for advising and essential student services, embodying our dedication to creating dynamic, holistic learning environments.
FG+M has designed the ‘Learning Stairs’ to stand as a testament to our innovative approach. Positioned as the focal point of the Pasco-Hernando State College STEM Center, the ‘Learning Stairs’ transcend conventional architecture. Beyond mere steps, it emerges as a vibrant social hub, strategically connecting STEM classrooms, study lounges, student services suites, a café, and a 250-seat flexible auditorium. This design exemplifies our philosophy of blending functionality with aesthetics to foster community and collaboration.
In this modern, two-story, 27,000 sq. ft. center, FG+M envisions not just a facility but a transformative space. Beyond state-of-the-art classrooms and labs tailored for career and technical programs, the center will serve as a unique platform for student events, college receptions, and community gatherings, aligning with our vision to create architecture that enriches lives.
