FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture provided Architectural and Interior Design services for the new Pinebrook Medical Office Building complex in North Venice, Florida. This two-building complex offers expansive 25,000 sf floor plates, bright, inviting lobbies, and custom interior finishes. The design concept was inspired by the surrounding site’s natural beauty.

FG+M has provided architectural and interior design services for medical tenants within this expertly designed medical hub. Our diverse tenant build-out projects include a renal dialysis center, dermatology, primary care, and infectious disease medical offices. This facility meets the needs of the surrounding community and is rapidly growing.
