Specializing in creating enriching community spaces, FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture is proud of the design of the Riverview Public Library.
This 35,000 sq. ft. library offers a warm, inviting atmosphere for education, recreation, and social interaction. It’s not just a book repository; it features eight meeting rooms, a cutting-edge recording studio, a maker space, and more.
The 5,000 sq. ft. children’s area nurtures young minds and encourages a love for reading and learning. Sustainability is a core aspect, meeting LEED Silver standards with solar panels and native landscaping.
Natural light floods the interior, and our Old Florida-inspired design pays homage to the region’s heritage. Like Barry Goodman’s “The River of Fire,” art installations enrich the space.
FG+M is honored to be part of this iconic library, which showcases innovation, sustainability, and local charm.
