Spurlino Family YMCA

Southern Hillsborough County residents thrive at this two-story, 32,000 SF facility, including a cycling studio, two group exercise rooms, a wellness center, and community rooms. Tampa YMCA’s first new family Y in nearly 18 years, state-of-the-art methods, and innovative techniques have made this highly designed, energy-efficient facility a huge success.
In addition to a recently completed 18,000 SF state-of-the-art gymnasium featuring pickleball courts and concession stands, this project includes a 30,000 SF outdoor aquatic center complete with an 8-lane lap pool, warm water therapy pool, and zero-depth entry family fun pool equipped with a slide and spray toys. Other highlights include five outdoor athletic fields, a covered basketball court, two playgrounds, and two picnic pavilions.

The Spurlino Y fulfills a great need in Southern Hillsborough County: strengthening the community through Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.
