FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture, working alongside Walbridge and Restocon, restored the exterior of the century-old building. The work included repairing brickwork, granite and ornate terracotta balustrades and cornices, window lintels, and re-glazing surfaces to usher in a new era for the building.
FG+M Architecture utilized 3-D scanning, video taken from a flying drone, and still photography to capture the building in its worn state, then translated it into meticulous plans that helped the project team focus on specific areas to repair or replace.
The Historic American Building Survey documented this seven-story building in 1981, which underwent renovation between 2017 and 2019.
