FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture designed Dr. Arnaoutakis 6,200 sq. ft. medical office building and surgery center. The goal was to create an ASC with the feel of a high-end hotel but the durability and cleanliness of a surgery center. The facility boasts a stunning design with intricate detailing that invites patients into a classic yet contemporary aesthetic. It features soft, neutral color palettes, high ceilings, and ambient lighting, creating a calming atmosphere.
The building accommodates three suites tailored for dermatology, facial, and cosmetic services, each designed with patient comfort in mind. Each suite includes exam and procedure rooms with state-of-the-art equipment, luxurious furnishings, and private consultation areas to ensure a discreet and personalized experience.
Centered in the building is an ambulatory surgical center specifically designed for plastic surgery. It incorporates advanced surgical technology, including an integrated operating room with advanced lighting and climate control for optimal performance. The recovery area is thoughtfully designed with private recovery bays that feature soothing decor and direct nurse station sightlines, allowing patients to relax in a serene and safe environment pre and post-procedure.
The facility was designed for accreditation through the American Association of Accreditation for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). AAAHC accreditation signifies that a facility meets specific standards for quality and safety in patient care.
