FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture is designing Tampa’s version of The H Steakhouse at 1504 S Howard Ave. The 6,400 sq. ft. space includes a 1,053-square-foot outdoor patio and can seat up to 185 guests.
The exterior features a mix of stone, wood, granite, and Nippon paint, creating a welcoming facade. Inside, guests will experience an open-fire kitchen, offering a close view of various cooking techniques.
