This historic structure, built circa 1929, boasts over 26,000 square feet across three floors and a mezzanine. Its Renaissance Revival style, steel frame, and brick-bearing wall system reflect the grandeur of its era.

The building features a large event space designed to host various events, a cocktail lounge for pre-event gatherings, a catering kitchen equipped to handle large events, a bridal suite, and a groom suite for wedding events. Additionally, restrooms and storage spaces are strategically located for the convenience of guests and staff. The elegant atmosphere on the second floor continues with a mezzanine featuring a grand staircase connecting to the first-floor event space, enhancing the venue’s charm. The third floor offers modern office facilities with 5,733 square feet of space, including a break area and restrooms, catering to business needs.

The property highlights include its status as a highly visible landmark building, a prominent and recognizable feature in downtown Lakeland with a unique character rich in historical significance and architectural beauty. It overlooks Munn Park Town Square, offering picturesque views and a prime location.
