Our comprehensive Interior Design services breathed life into the reception area, break room, open work areas, conference rooms, and offices, ensuring each space reflected US Eye’s ethos and aspirations.
The Interior Design concept was crafted to align with the owner’s vision, incorporating elements of the desired budget, brand characteristics, and overarching goals. Leveraging our expertise and creativity, we utilized REVIT software & AutoCAD to produce detailed Project instruments of service, facilitating seamless communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
As part of our commitment to transparency and collaboration, we provided stakeholders with a visual roadmap. This included a color-blocked Floor Plan diagram delineating each space and its corresponding scope of work, offering a clear understanding of the proposed design layout. A Digital Concept Board also showcased our suggested design concept, preliminary material palette, lighting solutions, and color scheme, providing a tangible representation of the envisioned aesthetic.
Our comprehensive service offering extends to overseeing the furnishing and equipment design. This ensured optimal functionality and aesthetic cohesion. We collaborated with the owner’s preferred consultant to review the furniture package, selected materials within the predetermined budget, and oversaw installation with up to two on-site visits as needed.
Furthermore, our expertise extended to custom mailbox and signage design options. We liaised with signage vendors to oversee production and installation, seamlessly integrating these elements into the overall design scheme. Additionally, we offered supplementary graphic design and custom artwork services tailored to the client’s specific preferences and requirements.
