FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture is designing the new Wesley Chapel YMCA just off Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and south of Eagleston Boulevard. This exciting new facility will be the first YMCA in Wesley Chapel and will provide a wide range of amenities and services to the community.

The project’s centerpiece is a 34,000 sq. ft. main building featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, multi-purpose rooms, a spirit/mind and body room, a gymnasium, a child watch, and an indoor kid’s adventure. The 18,345 sq. ft. gymnasium caters to various sports and recreational activities.

The project includes an aquatic center to be built on the YMCA campus in response to the community’s long-standing desire for more aquatic facilities. Additionally, the campus will feature seven soccer fields, complete with an outdoor area that includes bathrooms and concession stands. A children’s playground will also be part of the development, ensuring fun and engagement for families.

This project is a collaborative effort between Bay Care and Tampa Metropolitan YMCA, reflecting a strong partnership dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of the Wesley Chapel community.
