Sembler Center

Situated on a prominent site on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg, the corporate facility includes banking facilities for the First Central Bank. The red granite building has a large, two-story atrium and circular stair. It was developed by Mr. Mel F. Sembler, former United States Ambassador to Australia and Italy and prominent shopping center developer.
