Tampa Old City Hall Restoration

FleischmanGarciaMaslowski restored the facade of the Tampa Old City Hall along with contracting companies Walbridge and Restocon. Restoration work included terra-cotta repair, brick replacement, mortar replacement, window lintels, granite repair, and reglazing of surfaces.

This seven story building was documented by the Historic American Building Survey in 1981 and underwent the renovation in 2017. The property stands in downtown Tampa, FL on less than one acre off of Kennedy and North Florida Avenue.
