FleischmanGarciaMaslowski Architecture, working alongside Walbridge and Restocon, restored the exterior of the century-old building. The work included repairing brickwork, granite and ornate terracotta balustrades and cornices, window lintels, and re-glazing of surfaces. New technology helped the project team determine what needed to be fixed as part of the effort to bring a new era to the building.

FGM Architecture utilized 3-D scanning, video taken from a flying drone and still photography to capture the building in its worn state, then translated it to meticulous plans that helped the project team focus on specific areas to repair or replace.

This seven-story building was documented by the Historic American Building Survey in 1981 and underwent the renovation between 2017 and 2019.
